"I called about a 2008 Trike Saturday morning, we did a credit app over the phone and Dan called me back with all my approval numbers and drive out costs.We left houston at 11:45am.We got to Marshall at 3:10...they close at 3:30!Dan was awesome, he stayed late with us, we test drove it, and then Dan sat and waited....while I took my time deciding.There was no pressure and no rush.The finance guy stayed late as well.I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that they gave me that time to get comfortable with the bike and the deal before driving my new trike back to Houston.I know people have lives!Having 2 guys stay late just for me to play it out in my head...on a Saturday night...till 6:00 by the time the paperwork was done - 3 hours after closing! "First let me start off by saying that there are people put on this planet to do bad things and make people's live's miserable. Then there are those that have angel wings and are here to help people in distress. Glenn Hughes and all his employees are just those "Angels with Wings." I had a flat tire on a Sunday morning and Glenn and his son came to my rescue and opened up his business for storage overnight of my bike on that Sunday. On Monday morning, which they are usually closed, they came to my rescue again and installed a new tire helping me get back on the road and able to get me home and back to work. I cannot say enough good things about Glenn Hughes and H & W Honda. Please give them all of your future considerations."

"I was mainly a Harley Man from my youth but in 1989 I bought my first Goldwing with all the bells and whistles. OD was great to deal with, since than have had two more Harleys but missed the Goldwing. Went back to H & W in July 2006 on a Monday and showed up at their door on Tuesday. "We were on our GL1800 Goldwing on vacation at Caddo Lake when we picked up a screw in the rear tire. After a plug repair I started calling around for a new tire to make the trip home. I called H&W Honda and was told that they had 3 different tires in stock and would work me right in when I got there. I was skepitical about the time of service. Upon arrival I looked at the available tires and decided upon a Bridgestone take-off from a trike conversion. My bike was rolled in immediately and they went to work on it. I was at the dealership less than 45 min. That's from the time I rolled on the lot till I rode off the lot. MAN, THAT'S MY KINDA SERVICE!!! Bike rode perfectly on the ride back to the west side of the DFW metroplex, and smoother than it ever has. My many thanks to the guys at H&W Honda!! "
