We were in Jefferson and asked some of the locals about a shop,you were recommended. "Great people to deal with. We had lost a stainless screw out of our backrest. We searched all over East Texas. We stopped by H&W on our way to Baton Rouge. After not being able to find one, Kyle had the parts department open a new back rest and gave us four new ones for free. Bought an 1100 Classic from them and will definately buy our next bike there also."

"HAVE NEVER RIDDEN A BIKE...CINDY HAD TOTALLED ONE OUT A FEW YEARS BACK AND WANTED TO RIDE AGAIN, DECIDED ON GETTING TWO TRIKES..REALLY LIKED THE IDEA OF GETTING THE BIKE AND CONVERSION AT THE SAME PLACE..RODE OVER ONE SATURDAY AND TALKED WITH RICHARD OUR SALESPERSON AND ALSO THE OWNER MR (UTES) NOT SURE OF THE SPELLING. IT WASN'T LONG BEFORE WE NEW WE HAD COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE. THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF TRIKES IS UNSURPASSED AND OBVIOUSLY HAD A GREAT PRODUCT...ORDERED TWO WEEKS LATER...PICKED THEM UP A FEW WEEKS AFTER THAT AND AFTER A 20 MINUTE LESSON FROM RICHARD, HEADED BACK ON I-20 TO LOUISIANA...BEING 52 AND NEVER RIDDEN BEFORE..AGE MAKES US A LITTLE MORE CAUTIOUS...I DEFINITELY WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS, HOWEVER, AFTER ONLY A WEEK WAS TOTALLY COMFORTABLE RIDING ANYWHERE..THESE FOLKS REALLY KNOW THEIR BUSINESS AND HAVE A GREAT PRODUCT...WE ARE HAVING A BLAST ON THEM..THE ONLY PROBLEM IS WE DON'T WANT TO GO TO WORK ANYMORE, JUST WANT TO RIDE THE TRIKES...PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL ME OR CINDY IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE BUYING OR RIDING AFTERWARDS WILL BE GLAD TALK ..THANKS RICHARD AND H & W...318-644-1894"

"We were on our GL1800 Goldwing on vacation at Caddo Lake when we picked up a screw in the rear tire. After a plug repair I started calling around for a new tire to make the trip home. I called H&W Honda and was told that they had 3 different tires in stock and would work me right in when I got there. I was skepitical about the time of service. Upon arrival I looked at the available tires and decided upon a Bridgestone take-off from a trike conversion. My bike was rolled in immediately and they went to work on it. I was at the dealership less than 45 min. That's from the time I rolled on the lot till I rode off the lot. MAN, THAT'S MY KINDA SERVICE!!! Bike rode perfectly on the ride back to the west side of the DFW metroplex, and smoother than it ever has. My many thanks to the guys at H&W Honda!! "
